Alleppey Marathon 2027

Entry terms

By registering for the Alleppey Marathon 2027 you agree to these terms, set by Athletico De Alleppey (“the club”).

Who can enter

• Every race is open to runners aged 18 or over on race day.
• Each entry is for one named runner. Bibs cannot be given or sold to someone else.
• The same mobile number can hold only one entry per race.

Payment

• Entry fees are paid by UPI to the club’s account shown on the payment page. There are no extra fees.
• Your entry is confirmed, and your bib number issued, once the club matches your UPI reference with its bank statement.
• Early-bird prices apply to entries registered before the early-bird date and paid within two days after it. After that, an unpaid entry moves to the regular price.

Changes and refunds

• To change your T-shirt size or the name on your bib, contact the club before entries close.
• Cancellations and refunds follow the club’s cancellation and refund policy. Refunds are paid back to the account you paid from.
• If the club has to cancel or change the event for reasons beyond its control, such as weather, government orders or safety concerns, the runners will be informed via email as to the further course of action.

Race day

• You confirm that you are fit to run your chosen distance, and that you take part at your own risk.
• Follow the instructions of marshals, police and the medical team at all times. The medical team may stop a runner on safety grounds.
• Wear your bib on the front, visible, with the timing chip attached. Runners without a bib will not be timed.
• Photos and videos taken at the event may be used by the club to report on and promote the event.
