Athletico De AlleppeyAlleppey Marathon 2027
Privacy notice
Athletico De Alleppey (“the club”, “we”) runs the Alleppey Marathon 2027 and this registration website. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you register, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Your name, date of birth and gender, to put you in the right race and age category.
- Your email, to send your bib number, QR pass and race updates, and your mobile number, so the club can call you about your entry or on race day.
- Your T-shirt size and food choice, to prepare your kit.
- An emergency contact’s name and number, and your blood group if you give it, for your safety on race day.
- Your UPI payment reference and amount, to confirm your payment against the club’s bank account.
- The internet (IP) address you register from, to stop automated or abusive sign-ups.
Who sees it
- The club’s organisers and volunteers, only as far as their job needs. Kit counter volunteers see your name, bib, race and T-shirt size, not your full number.
- Our timing partner, who receives your bib, name, gender, age category and race to produce results.
- Our email provider, only to deliver emails to you.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details until six months after race day, to publish results, handle refunds and answer questions. After that we delete them, except your name, bib, race and finish time, which stay in the published results.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing athleticodealleppey@gmail.com or calling +91 87145 85456, +91 94477 76421, +91 97455 00205. Deleting your data before race day also cancels your entry.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with our hosting provider in its Mumbai (India) region, protected by access controls so only signed-in club staff can see it.
