Shipping and delivery
An entry to the Alleppey Marathon 2027 is a place in a running event. Nothing is posted or couriered. Here is what you receive, how, and when.
Your confirmation
- Once the club confirms your payment, your bib number and QR pass are sent by email to the address you registered with. This is usually within one working day of paying.
- You can also see your entry status, bib number and QR pass at any time on your entry page. The link is in your email, and on the phone you registered with.
- If you haven’t had the email within 2 working days of paying, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Your race kit
- The race kit is your bib with the timing chip fixed on, and the event T-shirt in the size you chose.
- You collect it in person on race day, Sunday 10 January 2027. The club emails the collection point and times to every runner before race day.
- Bring your QR pass (on your phone or printed) and a photo ID. Someone else can collect it for you with your QR pass and a copy of your ID.
- Kits aren’t posted. Please arrive in good time, so you have time to collect your kit before your race starts.
Race day
Sunday 10 January 2027. The start point will be revealed soon. It, the start times and the route details are emailed to every runner before race day.
